a) To post jobs or content that contain hyperlinks, "hidden" keywords or keywords that are irrelevant to the job or are otherwise misleading;
b) To use any Target Search Resume Database for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees, including but not limited to using the information in the Target Search Resume Database to sell or promote any products or services; c) To post or submit any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own; d) To send unsolicited mail or e-mail, make unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited faxes regarding promotions and/or advertising of products or services to a User of Target Search.e) With the exception of accessing RSS feeds, you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not: (i) take any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (ii) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activities conducted on the Site; or (iii) bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site;
